Our church is working to bring new futures of hope and opportunity to people in need around the world through PWS&D – Presbyterian World Service & Development.

Helping small farmers grow more food in Tanzania.

Did you know that we are working in over 30 countries to bring food to the hungry, clean water to the thirsty and emergency relief to the distressed? Our work focuses on sustainable community development through programs in agriculture, livestock, water and sanitation, education, healthcare, gender equality and human rights.

PWS&D is funded by individuals and congregations who designate to this important work. With support from Canadians here at home and partners overseas, we finance over $5 million a year in long-term development and emergency relief programs through PWS&D.
